ABOUT NC RUSH TRIAD

NC Rush was founded to provide all youth with a safe and supportive environment to learn the game of soccer while gaining valuable life skills such as leadership, discipline, and respect. We recognized a need for a positive outlet for young people facing daily challenges and stressors at home and in school. By offering 2 - 4 days per week of structured physical activity and mentorship, we aim to promote not only physical wellness but also emotional resilience and personal growth. Our goal is to empower youth through soccer, helping them build confidence, character, and a strong foundation for their future.

Our club provides accessible youth soccer opportunities for families facing financial challenges. We are committed to reducing the "pay to play" barrier by keeping program fees low and offering financial assistance.  We try to ensure that every child has the opportunity to participate, regardless of their economic, social, or financial background. Beyond the game, we focus on developing key life skills, such as teamwork, discipline, and responsibility, that help shape our players into productive and confident members of society. Our ultimate goal is to foster a strong, supportive community that feels like family on and off the soccer field for both players and their families.

As a 501c3 nonprofit organization operating on a modest budget, we are deeply committed to keeping youth soccer affordable and accessible for all families. We are proud to be the most affordable soccer club in our area, offering the lowest fees while maintaining high-quality programming. What truly sets us apart, however, is the balance we strike between affordability and excellence.

Our greatest challenge is maintaining affordable fees in the face of rising operational costs. A large percentage of our participants receive some form of financial aid, underscoring the critical need to keep our program accessible for underprivileged families.

To address this, we actively seek support from local businesses, community members, and families, particularly those with access to employer-matching donation programs. Fundraising is a continuous, club-wide effort, and we explore every opportunity to maximize contributions and reduce expenses. We remain committed to our mission of ensuring that every child has the opportunity to benefit from the game of soccer, regardless of their financial situation.

On the field, our teams have achieved remarkable success, including 9 State Cup Championships, 2 Regional Championships, a National Finalist title, and a National Championship. Off the field, our impact continues, with over 20 of our players going on to attend college as student-athletes. We take pride in offering more than just a soccer program; we provide a pathway for youth to grow, succeed, and thrive in all areas of life.

These achievements highlight not only the competitive strength of our programs but also the strong sense of community and support that makes our organization so impactful. Our success is a direct result of the dedication of our staff, families, and the values we instill in our players both on and off the field.
